What does a 5 day Retreat look like?
Each day is divided in to morning, afternoon & evening sessions of teaching & experiential learning, sharing experiences & free time to relax. Typically, the personal retreats are held over a long weekend, but can also take place during the week.

I teach partners to give intimate massage to each other. This healing massage has the power to unlock powerful, sexual energy, which can result in an energetic awakening! As well as bringing up emotions stored in the 1st & 2nd chakras. I teach you techniques that you can use again later in your personal life. Learn how to be more present to your partner’s pleasure & hold space for them to purely receive. An invitation for you both to drop in to timeless, sacred space; without normal day-to-day distractions. Giving a Tantra massage is a beautiful gift and will leave the receiver feeling all loved up, inspired, energised & relaxed.

Welcome to the Mystic Rose Medicine Path. The healing qualities of the Rose are present & guiding, in my work with couples. We invite this loving, warm, gentle, nurturing energy to hold us in our hearts, while exploring this deep work. The Rose will be infused in the water we drink, the massage oil we put on our skin & as a heart chakra opening essential oil. She also promotes sensuality, self- love, beauty and acts as an aphrodisiac. Perfect medicine for couples exploring Tantra.
